The public site, feedback service, desktop app, and future release system remain separate trust boundaries
What Feedback Never Includes
Prompts, messages, code or file content, file paths, terminal output, environment variables, credentials, logs, screenshots, attachments, and provider-private state are outside the feedback contract
Contact and Retention
Contact email is optional and encrypted at rest · It is removed 90 days after a report closes · Closed feedback is removed after 12 months and unresolved feedback after at most 24 months
Abuse Protection and Deletion
Raw IP addresses are not stored in feedback · A daily pseudonymous rate-limit key expires within 24 hours · To request deletion, provide the private feedback reference and the same contact email used in the report
